Samsung Foldable Series-True innovation

Innovation in phones are really decreasing almost everyone has the same thing to offer to the customers but Korean Giant seems delivering on their promise of making a foldable phone.

Samsung is preparing for the global unveil of its second foldable series of phones that can be folded in square. The South Korean manufacturer  is working on a phone with a 6.7 inch inner display that can shrink to a square of pocketable size when folded inwards. It has been seen that Samsung’s foldable series is going to be more affordable than the first generation of the phone. However the launch time of the phone is still not scheduled because such complex phones needs to be examined perfectly before the company hands over it to the customers.

Samsung this time has collaborated with American designer Thom Browne for its Foldable series of phone,endeavoring to appeal to a broader rangle of consumers that may attract those in fasion, status and luxury customers. For the critcs it would sport cutting-edge display technology and the nostalgic appeal of rejuvenating the flip phone.

 Interestingly both Samsung and Thom Browne declined to comment on this report. The new foldable series of phone is likely to sport a punch hole camera at the top of the inner display, just as on the recently launched Galaxy Note 10, S10, S10+ and S10e.

“I’m intrigued to see if a manufacturer can deliver a clamshell design that takes the current smartphone footprint and lets you fold in half like a wallet in a similar manner to mobile phones of yesterday such as the iconic Motorola Razr,” said Ben Wood,analyst with CCS Insight. “That’s what the world is probably waiting for.”

Phones that fold are difficult to design and make them work like a conventional phone.Huawei Technologies Co has had to delay the launch of its Mate X.Henxe it would be interesting to see what Samsung has to ofter and how durable will be their 2^nd gen foldable phone.
